BIG HEAD FRED – SIBERIAN – MALE – 6 YEARS OLD?

Hi! I’m BIG HEAD FRED!

This unique guy came to us along with Rocky, the Puggle, and Smoky, another kitty, due to their owner’s failing health. Big Head Fred is a seriously large cat with a head the size of a cantaloupe! When we were told he is a Siberian, we had to look that type of cat up and he sure fits the description!

Once he adjusted, he showed what a sweet boy he is. He adores being groomed and will roll over on his back for tummy rubs. He was in rough shape and seriously matted when he came to us. A few of the worst mats had to be shaved so he’s got some male pattern baldness on his sides at the moment. He will have a luxurious long-haired coat as he continues to get good care.

BHF was used to being an indoor/outdoor kitty but would probably love to be someone’s pampered inside cat if the opportunity arose. He is a mellow dude and is content to just sit and watch the world go by. He gets along well with Smoky, the other kitty and used to live with a small dog but we don’t know how he would do with other critters. He’s not a dominant sort of cat though.

Big Head Fred is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. He’s a healthy guy but doesn’t do a great job keeping his eyes clean. They aren’t goopy-sick but it looks like they water a lot so he gets some crusty eye goobers. He’s good for letting us wipe them with a wet cloth for him.
